• Website Builder Data: Website content and configuration data are retained for the duration of your subscription plus 30 days after cancellation.
• Domain Registration Data: Domain WHOIS data is retained as required by ICANN policies and applicable domain registrar terms.
• Marketing Data: Retained until you opt out or withdraw consent.
• Log and Analytics Data: Retained for up to 24 months.

You have the right to request deletion of your Personal Information (right to erasure under GDPR Article 17). You can delete your account and collected information:

We may also disclose your Personal Information as required by law such as to comply with a subpoena or similar legal process when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request.

If Turbologo is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of its assets, you will be notified via email and/or a prominent notice on our Web site of any change in ownership or uses of your Personal Information, as well as any choices you may have regarding your Personal Information, to any other third party with your prior consent to do so.

To protect against fraud and misuse of our Website and Services, we actively analyze purchases, attempted purchases and use of the Website and Services to help us identify and block individuals suspected of misuse and/or fraudulent activity. We may use that information, in conjunction with our security partners and/or law enforcement to protect Turbologo's business and systems, your Personal Information and assist those we reasonably believe may have been victimized by such fraudulent use of the Website and Services. Our shopping cart interacts with established PCI-DSS compliant third-party credit processing vendor(s) via SSL links. They host and collect your billing information for the purpose of processing your order and subscriptions. We use an established third-party vendor via SSL links to manage processing of refunds and updates of credit card and debit card numbers and expiration dates. These companies do not use this information for any other purpose. We do not store credit card and debit card numbers on our servers or systems.

When you use Turbologo's AI-powered features (including AI logo generation, AI-assisted design, and other AI tools), we process data as follows:

• Input Data: Text prompts, design preferences, business names, industry selections, and other inputs you provide to AI features are processed to generate your requested outputs.
• Output Data: AI-generated designs, text, and other outputs are associated with your account and stored as part of your design history.
• Service Improvement: We may use anonymized and aggregated AI interaction data to improve the quality of our AI features. Individual prompts and outputs are not used to train third-party AI models without your explicit consent.
• Third-Party AI Providers: We use third-party AI service providers to power certain features. When your data is sent to these providers, it is transmitted securely and processed in accordance with our data processing agreements with them. We do not share your Personal Information with these providers beyond what is necessary to fulfill your AI-related requests.
• Data Minimization: We apply data minimization principles to AI processing — only the data necessary to generate your requested output is shared with AI service providers.
