How to cancel a subscription and auto-renewal
Most logo plans are a one-time payment (for a week, month, 3 months, or a year): they do not have auto-renewal, so there is nothing to cancel — access will close automatically at the end of the term, and no further charges will be made. If you have a subscription with auto-renewal, cancel it in Settings → Subscription & Billing → “Cancel subscription”: your access will remain active until the end of the paid period, and no further charges will be made.
How to check if I have auto-renewal
Open Settings → Subscription & Billing.
| What you see on the page | What it means |
|---|---|
| Plan name and “until [date]”, no “Cancel subscription” button | One-time payment. No auto-renewal |
| “Next charge of [amount] is scheduled for [date]” | Subscription with auto-renewal |
| “Subscription canceled, access active until [date]” | Auto-renewal is already disabled |
The payment type is also indicated on the plan card at the time of purchase.
How to cancel auto-renewal
- Open Settings → Subscription & Billing.
- Click “Cancel subscription” and confirm in the window.
- The page will display “Subscription canceled, access active until [date]”.
If you paid via PayPal, you can also cancel the subscription at paypal.com. In a company account, only the owner of the payment method can cancel the subscription.
What happens when the plan expires
- Logos and designs remain in your account and can be edited, but you will not be able to download them in high quality. The exception is a purchased logo: 3 months after purchase without an active plan, it becomes view-only. Download the necessary files in advance — we send a reminder email 7 days and 1 day before the end of a one-time plan (if you have not unsubscribed from our emails).
- Rights to the logo are retained — you can continue to use the downloaded files for commercial purposes.
- A website on a paid website plan works for another 7 days, then it is disabled.
- Purchased AI credits remain in your account.
- To download and edit again, purchase a plan again — all your designs will be there.
FAQ
Can I extend my plan in advance? You cannot pay for the same plan again while the current one is active. You can upgrade to a higher plan by paying the difference (and from 3 months to a year — only on the Business plan). The new term is calculated from the day of the additional payment; unused days from the old plan are not added. If the plan has already expired, simply purchase it again. → Can I upgrade to the next plan later?
Do you warn before an auto-charge? The date and amount of the next charge are always visible in Settings → Subscription & Billing.
I was charged for a renewal, but I didn’t want it — can I get a refund? Write to support with the date and amount of the charge. A refund is possible within 7 days of payment if no files were downloaded. → How to request a refund?
