AI credits: balance, generation costs, and what happens if a generation fails
Your AI credit balance is visible in Settings → “Credit balance” and in the menu under your email (“N AI credits”). Purchased credits do not expire. If a generation ends in an error, the credits for it are automatically returned to your balance. If the generation was successful but you didn’t like the result, the credits are not returned. One image in standard quality (1K) costs 3 credits, and 4K costs 8.
Where to check your balance
Open Settings → “Credit balance”: you will see the number of credits by type. There can be up to three types of credits in your balance:

How much does a generation cost

Other models cost from 2 to 24 credits per image. The exact price is visible before starting: the number next to the “Create” or “Create video” button is the cost of the generation in credits. In the model list, the price is indicated as “from N AI credits”.
To make your credits last longer, work in 1K quality and list all edits in a single prompt rather than one by one. Put any text you want to appear on the image in quotation marks.
Generation failed or hung
- Error or cancellation — credits are automatically returned to your balance; there is no need to write to support. For video, a “Credits returned to balance” message will appear; for images, only an error message appears, but the credits are returned in the same way.
- Loading for a long time — generation sometimes takes several minutes. An image not ready in 15 minutes and a video not ready in 30 minutes are canceled automatically, and credits are returned.
- Didn’t like the result (errors in the image text, distortions in the video) — credits are not returned: the neural network performed the generation. Video with text works unstably — it is better to add text later in the editor.
Credits did not update or disappeared
- Subscription purchased after May 20, 2026 — there are no monthly accruals; credits are purchased separately. → Why does the AI ask for credits if I paid for a subscription?
- Subscription ended — monthly and saved credits are reset, purchased ones remain.
- You logged into a different account — credits are tied to the account from which the purchase was made. Check your email and login method (VK, Yandex, email).
- Bought a package but there are no credits — write to support with the date and amount of payment, and we will check the transaction.
FAQ
Can I get a refund for purchased credits? For unused ones — yes, the cost of the spent ones is deducted from the refund amount. Money usually arrives in 5–10 days; the timeframe depends on your bank. → How to request a refund?
Can I get an AI image in vector format for printing? No, the AI generator only makes PNGs. For printing, use 4K quality or assemble the layout in the editor and download it as SVG or PDF.
