Why does the AI ask for credits if I have paid for a subscription?
AI credits are not included in the Standard and Business plans (the Lite plan only provides 10 credits per day — enough for two or three images). The subscription allows you to download logos and designs from the editor, while neural network generations (images, videos, edits in the AI generator) are paid for with AI credits. They are purchased separately: Settings → “Credit balance” → “Buy more credits”. You can create a logo without credits in the editor using templates — this is included in the subscription.

The AI generator creates images only in PNG. Vector files for printing (SVG, PDF) are only available for the logo from the editor.
How to buy AI credits
- Open Settings → “Credit balance” — your balance is shown there.
- Click “Buy more credits” and on the “Buy AI credits” page, select a package: 80, 200, 600, 1500, 3500, or 4500 credits, then click “Continue”.
- Pay by card — the credits will appear on your balance immediately after payment.
No subscription is required to purchase credits. Purchased credits do not expire and remain on your account even if the subscription has ended. The price of the package in rubles is shown at the time of purchase and depends on the exchange rate: for example, 80 credits cost about 500 ₽.
Credits used to be included in the subscription — why did that stop?
Since May 20, 2026, AI credits are sold only separately. If you purchased a subscription before this date, monthly credits are accrued as long as it is active — and beyond, if you renew it before the expiration date (for subscriptions with auto-renewal — as long as payments are processed). If you renew an expired subscription or purchase a new one, there will be no more accruals; credits must be purchased separately. If you have credits remaining from an old subscription or purchased packages, you can spend them as usual.
