How to buy a domain for your site
You can buy a domain in the Sites → Domains → “Find a domain” section or in the site settings under “Domain”. The domain price is shown during selection — it is set by the registrar; with the annual “Site Pro” plan, the domain is included as a gift for the first year. To have the site open via the domain, a paid site plan is required: you can buy a domain separately, but you cannot connect it to a free site. After payment, the domain is configured automatically — usually within 15 minutes to 1 hour, rarely up to 24 hours.
How to buy
- Open Sites → Domains and click “Find a domain” (or “Buy a domain” if you already have domains).
- Enter your desired name and select an available option — click “Select”.
- Fill in the owner’s details. For .ru and .рф domains, passport details and a registration address are required by law (for organizations — INN and KPP). Provide real data: if the information is incorrect, the registrar may suspend the domain.
- Pay by card. The domain is registered through a partner registrar (Reg.ru) and will appear in the “Domains” list.

If the site is on a paid plan, the domain will connect to it automatically: in the site settings, you will see “Domain configuration is performed automatically,” and later you will receive an email saying “Your site is connected to the domain and published.”
Domain as a gift
- Provided when purchasing the “Site Pro” plan for one year (site plans page). The “Business” plan for logos and 3-month plans do not include a domain.
- The domain is free for the first year. Applicable zones: .ru, .рф, .com.ru, .msk.ru, .spb.ru, .org.ru, .net.ru, .pp.ru, .ru.net — they have a 🎁 icon and a “₽0” price in the search.
- You must select a domain within 2 months after purchasing the plan — after that, the offer expires. The deadline is visible in the “Activate your gift domain!” block. If you missed it, write to support: the deadline may be extended by a month.
- One domain per subscription. If you request a refund for the plan, the cost of the domain will be deducted from the refund amount.
Domain renewal
- The domain is registered for one year. There is no auto-renewal — renew it manually: Sites → Domains → “Renew”.
- We send reminder emails 30, 14, 7, and 1 day before expiration (and once more 3 days after), and 14 days before, we display a “Time to renew domains” banner.
- The renewal price is higher than the registration price — it is set by the registrar; the exact amount is shown when you click “Renew”.
- Missed the deadline? You can renew the domain at the regular price within 25 days after expiration. Later, it can only be done through support and at a significantly higher cost. While the domain is not renewed, the site and email associated with it will not work.
Frequently asked questions
Can I create an email address on the domain ([email protected])? We do not have an email service, but you can connect email, for example, via Yandex 360: add its MX and TXT records in the Sites → Domains → “Manage DNS records” section (for this, the domain must use our DNS servers, which are listed in the same section). Changes take effect within 5 minutes to 24 hours.
I paid, but the domain was not registered? We try three more times within an hour. If it fails, the money for the paid domain will be returned automatically (usually within 5–10 business days) — you will receive an email saying “Failed to register… we are returning the money.”
