How to verify a domain on Gosuslugi
By law, the administrator of a .ru or .рф domain must verify their identity on Gosuslugi; otherwise, the domain cannot be managed. Open Sites → Domains, select the domain marked “Requires verification” and click “Go to verification” — this will open Gosuslugi, where you need to verify the domain. If the button is missing or it says “Verification link expired”, contact support — we will send you a new link.
Who this applies to
- .ru and .рф domains purchased on Turbologo (registrar — Reg.ru).
- Does not apply to .com.ru, .msk.ru, .spb.ru and other geo-domains, as well as domains in other zones (.com, .online, etc.).
- If the domain was purchased from another registrar and is only connected to the site, perform the verification with your registrar.
How to verify
- Open Sites → Domains and select the domain marked “Requires verification”.
- Click “Go to verification”. Gosuslugi will open — log in with your account.
- A list of your domains will appear on Gosuslugi. Verify the required one.
- You will receive an email stating that the domain administrator identification has been completed.
- Return to Turbologo and click “I have verified the domain”.
The “I have verified the domain” button marks the domain as verified in Turbologo (the label “Domain verified on Gosuslugi ✓” will appear), but it does not check anything with the registrar — only click it after steps 1–4. We also sync the status with the registrar once a day.
What to do if it doesn’t work
