Can I register a logo created in Turbologo?
A logo with an icon from our database in its original form generally cannot be registered as a trademark: the icons are available to other users as well. Registration is possible after the logo has been manually modified; the final decision is made by Rospatent. You can use the logo for commercial purposes even without registration — the rights are perpetual and remain valid after your subscription expires.
